CostaRicaHotels.tv bring you our top 10 list of things to do in Costa Rica. Please remember that if you are staying in the country for less than a week you might not want to include all of this items in your list of things to do.  Ask your favorite tour operator or travel agency for a customized package that fits your needs:

1. Arenal Volcano
Arenal is Costa Rica's most famous and active volcano. It is amazing to see the nightly displays of rocks and lava flying in the night's darkness. This is a must for anybody serious into top travel.  If you stay in a hotel nearby you can indeed experience the warm, delicious waters of the natural volcano hot springs.

2. Rain Forest Aerial Tram or Sky Adventures SKYTREK Canopy.
If you are into bird watching and/or adventure travel then there is nothing like flying at 45MPH! And forget about flying from one tree to another, do it from one MOUNTAIN to ANOTHER! Sounds scary doesn't it? It is a lot of fun and is an adventure that you can't miss if you like the adrenaline rush. The trams in both locations make for a more calm experience.

6. Coffee tours
Before it was overtaken by tourism, coffee was the driving force of Costa Rica's economy. A tour of a coffee farm and processing facility is a great way to satisfy your curiosity about the source of your morning cuppa and get an introduction to Tico history and culture.

7. White Water Rafting
You do not have to go on Class Four Rapids to have a great time. There are trips of different difficulties and it is an ideal way to flow through the rain forest and see the wildlife. Be prepared for long bus ride.

8. World - Class Fishing
Fish the tropical waters of Flamingo, Tamarindo, Tambor, Quepos and the Gulfo Dulce, Osa Peninsula on the Pacific side. One of the best, if not the best experience, awaits you in fishing-related tours. The highest point comes when they specially prepare your fish to your own liking.
